Am reusit astazi , de dimineata. Am servit gulasul la micul dejun 🤣.

Ingredients

  • 150 g ceapa toacata fin
  • 3 catei de usturoi taiati feliute subtiri
  • 500 g carne tocata vitel
  • 125 g tija de telina taiata fin
  • 80 g ardei gras verde tocat fin
  • 75 g ulei de masline sau unt
  • 1 lg paprica
  • ¼ lgt piper cayenne
  • 1 lg oregano uscat
  • 1 lg seminte chimen zdrobite
  • sare si piper dupa gust
  • 400 g pulpa de rosii
  • 500 ml apa

La servire

  • 150 g smantana
  • 15 g patrunjel verde sau uscat

Instructions

  • Caleste ceapa si usturoiul in uleiul de masline.
  • Adauga carnea tocata si continua sa calesti totul , pana cand carneae maronie.
  • Adauga ardeiul gras si tija de telina, paprica, cayenne, oregano , chimenul, sarea si piperul.
    Amesteca in continut.
  • In acest moment adauga rosiile zdrobite sau taiate si apa.
  • Lasa la fiert , pe foc de putere medie, pana scade, dar nu total.
  • Serveste cu smantana si patrunjel verde tocat.
