Ingredients

  • 700 g conopida proaspata
  • 4 lg ulei de masline
  • 350 ml apa
  • 1 baton scortisoara
  • 2 cuisoare
  • ¼ lgt praf de cuisoare
  • ¼ lgt scortisoara praf
  • un praf ghimbir
  • un praf cardamom
  • 1 lgt seminte chimen
  • 1 lg praf de ceapa
  • sare dupa gust

Instructions

  • Spala conopida si taie-o in bucati.
  • Da conopida la robot.
  • Pune ulei intr-o tigaie.
  • Adauga conopida tocata si restul de ingrediente.
  • Lasa sa fiarba pe foc mediu, invartind din cand in cand, pana cand apa a scazut total.
    Gusta de sare.
