Instructions
Caleste ceapa si usturoiul in uleiul de masline.
Adauga carnea tocata si continua sa calesti totul , pana cand carneae maronie.
Adauga ardeiul gras si tija de telina, paprica, cayenne, oregano , chimenul, sarea si piperul.
Amesteca in continut.
In acest moment adauga rosiile zdrobite sau taiate si apa.
Lasa la fiert , pe foc de putere medie, pana scade, dar nu total.
Serveste cu smantana si patrunjel verde tocat.
